  • PHASE 1: Setting the foundation

    Start by learning the basics about supporting fertility and healthy cycles with optimal nutrition habits and targeted supplementation. Your eating habits and relationship with food make a difference in your ability to conceive.

  • PHASE 2: Optimize your cycles

    Use cycle charting to understand where your cycle is at and how you can improve it to increase your chances of conception. Become more in tune with your body and interpret your cycle (without relying on app predictions) so you know the days that are best to conceive.

  • PHASE 3: Prepare for Pregnancy

    Develop lifestyle habits that centre around movement, sleep, stress management (and more!) and will further support fertility and a healthy pregnancy. Feel confident going into pregnancy well nourished and educated!

Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping women use nutrition to feel confident in their bodies and prepare for a healthy pregnancy. I created Pregnancy Prep Roadmap because there’s a huge gap in support and guidance for women in the time before pregnancy. We’re often told to “just start trying” — but what about the months (or years) leading up to that? Through my own journey, I’ve seen how powerful it is to use nutrition and lifestyle to improve your cycles, boost energy, support hormone balance, and build long-term health for both you and your future baby. This program is everything I wish more women had access to: clear guidance, evidence-based support, and the education we never got in school about our bodies and fertility.   • How long is the program

    This program is 12 weeks (3 months long), including weekly LIVE group coaching calls with Tayler, a private community for support and to ask questions, as well as digital handouts and resources to support you in your journey.

  • What happens if I can't attend the live calls?

    All calls will be recorded and posted in the program portal so you can rewatch! You can also submit your questions ahead of time to Tayler and she will answer live on the call!

  • Can I start any time?

    Our groups run certain times of the year, where everyone starts at the same time and finishes at the same time. This way you can benefit from the support and accountability not only from Tayler but from other group members that are starting from the same place as you. Apply to learn when our next group will be kicking off!

  • What if I have a private question that I don't want the group to see?

    Our private community is designed to offer support during your preconception journey. Typically if you have a question, chances are someone else has the same question and could also benefit from the response. However, if you have a question you'd rather keep private, there is the option to send me a private message directly that is separate from the group.

  • How long do I get access to the program?

    As long as the program exists! You'll also get access to any updates made to the program in the future.
