“If you're considering getting pregnant in the future you need to take the plunge. The information and support that comes from this program are unmatched. Tayler is so knowledgeable, understanding and intentional about how she goes about each topic. Whether struggling with fertility or just hoping for a smooth preconception period this program elevates an experience that usually feels so ignored.”
“I came into this program with cycles 75-85 days long and anticipated maybe seeing once full cycle through the program - but have now had my second (normal-ish) cycle of 35 days since starting the nutrition changes. This is a huge win for us as I've been dealing with these crazy cycles for 18 months. I firmly believe that everyone should prioritize this kind of program and wish I would have known about something like this the first and second time I was pregnant!”
“Prior to working with Tayler, I was experiencing difficulty with period symptoms such as cramps, heavy flow, discomfort, headaches, exhaustion, frequent need to use the washroom, needing advil, etc. Tayler took the time to learn in detail my habits and needs, and was able to create a personalized plan for me. I noticed changes almost immediately, and was able to learn about some habits of my own that were contributing to some of my issues. My periods are much more manageable without the need for medication, as well my general overall energy levels are increased.”
“Working with Tayler was a great experience for me. She gave me some insights that immediately improved my overall wellbeing. Her focus on women's health is awesome and she has supported me greatly in my pregnancy as well as with pre-existing conditions. The accountability with the food log and a bunch of tips around eating have helped me to have more regular and balanced food.”
“Before meeting with Tayler I had periods that were heavy and required several medications to relieve cramp pain for up to 5 days. After working with Tayler for a few months I now use minimal pain management medication and only for 2-3 days of my 5 day period. I didn’t realize that I could adapt my diet and add supplements to help reduce the severity of period symptoms. It’s been such a relief in my life to not dread my upcoming period. Working with Tayler has been eye opening and am so happy I found her!”
“Tayler opened up the door of balanced eating for me! I stopped tracking food completely and ate things I wanted to eat in a balanced way! It really helped me start the journey of enjoying food! I am able to make more balanced healthy food decisions now without all the guilt associated with tracking food!”
The program is designed to be completed in 12 weeks, where you would be completing one module per week. However, since the program is self-paced, you have the freedom to complete it at a pace that works for you!
Yes! The self-paced option allows you to start and finish when you want.
Your access to the program also gives you access to our private online community! This is where you can ask questions, connect with other group members and get support during your preconception journey. I engage with the community weekly to answer questions and provide support.
The self-paced version does not include live calls or 1:1 support. You do get messaging support from me through our online community. If you're looking for more direct guidance, you can join our live group program or work with me privately. Please note: I will not be taking new clients or running a group until fall 2025 as I'll be on maternity leave.
You get access for as long as the program exists, so you don't have to worry about losing access after a certain length of time. You will also get access to future updates to the program.
This program is still highly supportive! Nutrition and lifestyle are foundational to fertility, whether you’re trying naturally or using assisted reproductive technology. The tools in this program can complement any path you're on.
No! In fact, this is the perfect time to start. The earlier you begin supporting your body and cycle health, the smoother the transition will be once you come off hormonal birth control.
You’ll receive sample meal ideas and guidance on how to build nourishing, fertility-supportive meals—but this program focuses more on empowering you to understand how to eat for your cycle and own body, rather than giving a one-size-fits-all meal plan.
While the program is designed with women and menstrual cycles in mind, the nutrition and lifestyle strategies taught are beneficial for both partners. Supporting egg quality, hormone balance, and overall health also positively impacts sperm quality. Fertility is a team effort—and the program includes guidance and supplement recommendations tailored specifically for men as well.
